The clickable map serves as a quick way to locate a nearby shelter and a 24/7 emergency phone number that can offer hope, and support should they just wish to receive services such as safety planning.
Abused women are most at-risk of extreme violence when they are preparing to leave an abusive relationship. Women who are directly impacted by violence as well as for their concerned friends, family, colleagues, and employers can use ShelterSafe, an initiative of Women’s Shelters Canada.
